Sequence
From Scope Review Through Closeout

Review the Requirement
Confirm the work location, required tasks, schedule, labor classifications, technical requirements, materials, equipment, safety conditions, and reporting obligations.

Build the Delivery Plan
Establish the workforce plan, supervision structure, subcontracting requirements, material and equipment schedule, safety controls, quality requirements, and communication procedures.

Mobilize
Assign project leadership, engage personnel and subcontractors, coordinate equipment and materials, complete required onboarding, and prepare the worksite.

Perform the Work
Deploy personnel under defined field supervision and carry out the assigned work according to the scope, schedule, safety requirements, and client procedures.

Control Performance
Track production, labor, materials, schedule, safety, quality, subcontractor activity, documentation, and client instructions throughout the assignment.
- 06
Complete and Close Out
Resolve outstanding items, remove temporary resources, submit required records, reconcile materials and equipment, and support final acceptance.
