Accessibility Statement
WITCO wants this site to be usable by as many people as possible, including visitors who use assistive technology.
Our Approach
We aim to follow widely accepted web accessibility practices, using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our reference point. Accessibility is treated as ongoing work rather than a one-time task.
What We Build For
The site is designed with the following in mind:
- Semantic page structure with a single main heading per page.
- Keyboard operation for navigation, expandable cards, and forms.
- Expandable content that reports its open or closed state to assistive technology.
- Text contrast intended to remain legible against the site's dark and light surfaces.
- Layouts that adapt to phones, tablets, and desktops, and to increased text size.
- Form fields with visible labels and clear success and error messages.
- Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images.
Known Limitations
Some areas of the site may not yet meet every guideline, and third-party content or services embedded in the site are outside our direct control. We correct issues as they are identified.
Report an Accessibility Barrier
If you have trouble accessing any part of this site, email contact@witcopacific.com with the page address and a short description of the problem, including the browser or assistive technology you were using. We will review the report and respond, and we can provide the information you need in another format.
